First day in Europe after landing in Paris. A little jet lagged I suppose from being up for well over 36 hours with the time difference and all. Thankfully, I got some sleep on the plane which was surprising. The weather was gloomy all day but I managed to quickly find the Cite Universitaire in the 13th and drop my backpack in Olivier’s dorm room before venturing into the city for some touristy sightseeing. Yay!

This night shot was taken at dusk just after 7pm, I suppose just a little too late for the sky to be how I wanted it. This would have been a great opportunity for an HDR shot had I thought about setting the bracketing or had any experience post processing. Oh well, Euro8 maybe?

That’s the Eiffel Tower in the background trying to mimic Ville-Marie’s Club 737. Nice try, we thought of it first.
